Discrimination due to disability; supplementary process to collect a court judgment

Payment structured on a contingency basis due to the strength of the client’s case

“Anne” (not her real name) was experiencing discrimination at work due to a disability. After her employer refused to offer appropriate accommodations and then retaliated against her for requesting accommodations, she contacted Graeme Brown at The Brown Law Firm, LLC for assistance. Additionally, shortly afterwards, Anne was ripped off by a used car sales group and won a small claims judgment. The defendant evaded his obligation to pay the judgment and Anne asked the Firm to assist her with that case as well. The Brown Law Firm then pursued supplementary process for Anne to collect her judgment.

“Graeme is very knowledgeable, always returns my phone calls and keeps me very well informed about what is going on,” said Anne. “He did a great job of explaining the process, step by step.”

“He communicates without being condescending, which is a quality that is hard to find in a lawyer,” Anne said. “He always has my best interest at heart. He was always open to my suggestions regarding the case, and really listened to what I had to say. I would recommend him to anyone experiencing discrimination at their job.”
